The Miss Grand International Pageant began in 2013 and has improved every year. The California State team hails various pageant historical highlights, awards and recognition. Bringing the shared experiences from several pageant systems, the armed forces, and the business community allow us to focus on cultivating a competitive queen for the next level of pageantry.
Miss Grand International has crowned one queen from the United States and we are striving to bring the crown back here. The theme for the pageant is one that speaks volumes as it is: Stop The War and Violence. This is more than a catch phrase but is intended to invoke the opportunity and responsibility to spread a message of peace against all forms of unjust violence and intolerance.

Meet Our Director
A mom by nature and chef by profession a, former military brat, wife and member who also had time to compete, judge and co-direct in pageants in the 1990’s.
As a GuyRex girl, Ms. Edwards is dedicated to reigniting the fun and glamorous culture in pageantry! She also taught etiquette and debutante classes prior to accepting the California directorship.
